FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME - MCNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY
After a stellar four-year career at McNeese State, Buford Jordan was Louisiana’s all-time rushing king with 4,106 yards when he left the school. Jordan, a prep star at Iota, was a four-year All-Southland Conference pick for the Cowboys who played nine pro seasons – including seven with the New Orleans Saints (1986-92).
A fullback during his Saints career, Jordan helped the team win 69 games, posting their first winning season and first playoff appearance (1987), and first division title (1991). He was a starter during five NFL seasons and was also a special team's standout.
Jordan also played in the USFL in 1984 and ‘85 for the New Orleans Breakers and Portland Breakers.
Jordan later coached the Louisiana Bayou Beast to a 1998 Indoor Professional Football League arena title and was hired to coach the New Orleans Thunder in the Regional Football League in April 1999.
Buford finished his career with 7 NFL seasons under his resume and is part of the NFL SHIELD as a Retired NFL LEGEND for LIFE

FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME - McNeese State University
Flip's college career started on a different path, as a walk-on Quarterback in 1982 at McNeese. Flip ended up making the Team as the starting Punt/Kick returner as a walk-on Freshman. Upon his graduation in December of 1986, he finished his college career breaking multiple records at wide Receiver and PR/KR. Flip also graduated with Three (3) Degrees to add to his HALL OF FAME resume in 1986.
Today, Flip still holds the #1 spot in McNeese records books as the top Kick Returner in Two (2) categories, # of Returns & most yards leader.
Flip entered the NFL 3 years later after Buford as a free agent wide receiver/kick returner for the Buffalo Bills.
Flip's brightest moment happened on Oct. 18, 1988, on a cold Monday night in New York against the Jets. His 1st NFL CATCH resulted in a 66 yd Touchdown as his introduction to the NFL.
Flip finished his career with 5 NFL seasons under his resume and is part of the NFL SHIELD as a Retired NFL LEGEND for LIFE.

Buford & Flip became teammates for the 1st time at McNeese State University in 1982. Both left their marks at the school stamped with HALL OF FAME careers
Re-united after years of traveling their own personal and professional journeys, Buford and Flip decided to TEAM up again and created, 2380 ELITE FLAG LEAGUE,
THE "EFL", A YOUTH FLAG LEAGUE backed by NFL FLAG and the NFL.
2380 ELITE FLAG LEAGUE was created to be one of the premier "ELITE" NFL flag Leagues in the country.
